About the Role Navius Technologies is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support mission-critical programs across the full systems development lifecycle. In this role, you will apply engineering principles to ensure the technical quality, completeness, and compliance of deliverables, working closely with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will support systems from concept to disposal, with

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply systems engineering principles throughout all life cycle phases: concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement

  • Communicate with government personnel, program teams, and senior leadership on technical issues and deliverables

  • Ensure integrity, quality, and completeness of engineering work products and compliance with ISO/IEC 15288 standards

  • Participate in stakeholder requirements definition, architectural design, system implementation, integration, verification, validation, transition, operations, maintenance, and disposal

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of systems engineering experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline

  • Strong understanding of systems engineering standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 15288)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance (required)
